New Business
• Motion to no longer affiliate with BASS and affiliate with TBF sponsored by FLW. Passed Unanimously.
• Bylaw changes that remove BASS language out of the bylaws. Passed Unanimously.
• Motion to allow Gary to contact our lawyer to seek help in changing our Corporate name and logo. Passed Unanimously.
• Motion to reinstated Gary Bradford as President. Passed Unanimously.
General Notes
• 900K to run BASS web site!
• Any 6-man team can create a club.
• California was split to host two regional’s
• FLW will run our final Fed Championship for Free.
• We are giving up 6 spots to the Bassmaster classic
• We are gaining 26 spots in the FLW championships.
• BassFan – free membership
• BFL’s are coming back to the West!
• New insurance policy will be in effect end of this month. Clubs must turn in money to Kelly.
• BASS will refund club moneys because of the new program/Federation Nation:
• Members will get new numbers through FLW.
• Working on a new conservation and casting kids.
• Not every state must take the FLW sponsorship package.
• Clubs to send 20 per member to Kelly Willis for dues and insurance.
• Club individual members must join FLW $25.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
